Rogoznica - North direction 7 days

Day 1: Rogoznica, the base Marina Frapa – island Zlarin

  • Arrival to the base, check-in procedure and documents’ registration, embarkation
  • Supplying at the supermarket in the base, local fish-market and farmers’ market
  • Cast off NW towards island Zlarin within the Šibenik archipelago
  • Zlarin – the birthplace of coral-picking tradition at the Adriatic
  • The port is equipped with water / electric current supplied berths at the pier and buoys in the bay

Day 2: island Zlarin – Šibenik old town - Skradin

  • Taking off Zlarin an sailing NE through the St. Anthony’s Channel, passing the 16th century St. Nicholas’ Fortress, towards Šibenik old town core
  • Lunch break at Šibenik and sightseeing Šibenik old town core (Šibenik’s St. Jacob’s Catherdral from 15th / 16th century is on the UNESCO world heritage list)
  • Sailing into the mouth of river Krka, through its canyon towards Skradin old town
  • Overnight stay at ACI marina Skradin or at the city’s waterfront

Day 3: Skradin – National Park Krka - island Tijat

  • Morning visit to National Park Krka waterfalls system – by tourist boat or bicycle; the exceptional natural and cultural/historical site
  • Leaving Skradin after lunch
  • Sailing to island Tijat just across island Zlarin for overnight stay on the buoys in a well protected and pleasant cove

Day 4: Island Tijat – Kornati National Park

  • Leaving island Tijat after breakfast and sailing NW towards Kornati National Park archipelago
  • Swim break under way to Kornati and afternoon swim anchored at one of Kornati’s hidden bays
  • Dinner at genuine Kornati’s tavern – homemade specialties prepared from freshly caught fish by local fishermen

Day 5: Kornati National Park – Sali, island Dugi otok

  • Sailing through the archipelago
  • Swim / snorkelling breaks and visiting cliffs of Kornati’s outer side
  • Overnight stay at Sali, island Dugi otok
  • Water / electric current supplied berths alongside the waterfront
  • Nice cocktails and sailors’ parties at the Maritimo cocktail bar

Day 6: Sali, island Dugi otok – islet Vrgada

  • Sailing ESE through the Zadar archipelago island system
  • Lunch and swim/snorkel break in one of the virgin coves of the islands in the area
  • Sailing SE towards Biograd and neighbouring islet Vrgada
  • Dinner on board the yacht and overnight stay on the anchor or buoy

Day 7: Islet Vrgada – the base at Marina Frapa, Rogoznica

  • Sailing SE towards Rogoznica
  • Swim / lunch break in a hidden bay under way
  • Return to the base at Marina Frapa in the late afternoon
  • Dinner at Marina Frapa, repeatedly elected the best and most pleasant marina at the Adriatic
  • Overnight stay at the base and check-out procedure the next morning
